25 Years of Odyssey

Celebrating 25 years of Odyssey Theatre and sharing our favourite memories and anecdotes.

I have been looking at some of the old photographs of the first 16 years of Odyssey Theatre which were directed by either Dick Berry or by myself and created mostly with the wonderful team of actors and collaborators and sometimes with a writer. So many photos, so many memories, so where do we start?

Odyssey was and is a family and some of the members of the family are no longer with us, so I thought if would be good to remember them first. George Frost, Martin Vick, Mandy Gee, Elaine Harris, Mair James, Gwyneth Stuart and Joyce White.

I will share some of my stories, but as always its not about me, so have you got any memories or anecdotes to share too?

My journey with Odyssey ended in 2015, although I still go to see all the shows, but Jon will take over from there and provide pictures and memories for his shows…
