The Hijinx Panel.
The Hijinx Panel was created in 2021 as an opportunity for our Academy actors to express their thoughts on their Academy training, and to gain more insight into the other goings on within Hijinx.
The Panel consists of seven of our Academy actors. The Hijinx Panel meetings take place once a month over Zoom, led and facilitated by our Associate Artist, Richard Newnham.
During sessions the panel meet with members of the Hijinx HQ team to build their understanding of different areas of the company, and to offer feedback and ideas. Over the course of the year they’ve met with all of the different departments, as well as offering opinions on programming and marketing for Unity Festival.
After the meetings, panel members go back to their Academy groups and feedback on what was discussed.

It's all about leaning about all of the different houses of Hijinx, like PAWB and Hijinx Academy, casting and freelancers; my experience of the panel is that it's great meeting people on Zoom.
