ReFocus Facilitator Call Out

Hijinx are looking for freelance facilitators to support the delivery of their new inclusivity training for the screen sector – ReFocus.

We are inviting you to send an expression of interest to join us as a facilitator on our project, ReFocus.

ReFocus is an experiential training programme, centred around communication and understanding. It is delivered through forum theatre and bespoke role play training sessions, using scenarios for all areas and departments involved in making film and TV. This project has received funding and support from Welsh Government via Creative Wales. 

Sessions will take place at various points throughout the year, beginning in Spring 2023. There will therefore be a sporadic, flexible schedule in place for freelance facilitators.

Deadline: Midnight Sunday 23 April

Those who we feel are best suited to this opportunity will be contacted on Wednesday 26th of April and will be invited to intend an informal meeting with us on Tuesday 2nd or Wednesday 3rd of May. 

We will have one full day of Facilitator training on the 9th of May.
