Training

Training is at the centre of our organisation, it feeds all we do and is the key to a successful and vibrant future for our work. We are commited to offering meaningful training opportunities to both aspring learning disabled performers and to those who simply want to improve on life skills. We are also keen to develop a knowledge within practitioners in the sector in inclusive practice and encourage more companies to include learning disabled performers in their work.

We currently have the following on-going courses on offer:

  • The Academy - Focussed performance training for actors with learning disabilities
  • Drama Foundations - Life skills through drama for adults with learning disabilities
  • Residencies - A series of week long intensive courses run by industry leading companies and practitioners

We experts in producing Forum Theatre, a tool for events and conferences to create discussion on difficult issues important to the learning disabled community.

Through Role Play, we work closely with both public and private sector organisations to delivery training.
