Elly Tiqui.
My name is Elly Tiqui. Im an illustration student currently in my third year at the University of South Wales.
I like to take photos and I mainly like to draw people and I love working digitally but most of my work is sketched on paper first and coloured digitally. Im still working on my confidence in my drawing abilities but Hijinx sessions really helped me challenge myself in engaging with people and helped me work on my sketches when observing.
I grew up in the Philippines but moved to UK with my mum and I aim to pursue a career in Illustration but im not quite sure just yet.
Im glad that I got to work with Hijinx for my placement and I would like to thank the members of Telemachus group for being so friendly and welcoming during the sessions.
