Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

All Hijinx staff have access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provided by Health Assured. Including a 24 helpline to support you through any of life’s issues or problems. An EAP is a confidential employee benefit designed to help you deal with personal and professional problems that could be affecting your home life or work life, health and general wellbeing.

Pension

We use Nest as our workplace pension scheme. If you’re eligible, we’ll enrol you or you can opt into the scheme to start putting money aside for your future.

25 Days Holiday

Staff receive 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holiday, pro rata for part-time employees.

Flexible working

All employees of Hijinx have the right to request flexible working, we are set up so the team can work from different locations.

Bike2Work Scheme

We’re a member of the Bike2Work scheme, so staff can save money on daily transport and help the environment along the way!

Training 

We develop and encourage our employees to grow in their roles and to be the best they can be. We provide a range of training to staff to support both general and role specific development as required.
