Our in-depth small group sessions are based on role-play and give staff the confidence to communicate to a high standard with a range of different people in person or over the phone.

Duration: Half Day 

Group Size: 6-10 participants 

Our training can help your organisation meet the Financial Conduct Authority’s requirements for vulnerable customer training, as well as equality and diversity training requirements under the Equalities Act 2010.
