Hijinx Unity Festival 2016 showcased some of the best in international inclusive and disability arts.

Performers from Sweden, Spain, France, Germany, Ethiopia and the UK performed at the Festival from the 23rd June – 3rd July in Cardiff’s vibrant City Centre, at the city’s award winning pub theatre The Other Room and at the Wales Millennium Centre.

Last year's show had something for everyone from classical Swedish theatre and passionate inclusive fflamenco to tequila-filled dance, Frida Kahlo and a show about a mouthy puppet called Fred.

Take a look at our gallery of some of the highlights from the 2016 festival.
