Join Told by an Idiot and Hijinx for our next Residency in June

From 14-30 June 2016, participants will have a wonderful opportunity to work with this world-renowned theatre company to create ‘Cabaret of Blood’, an original late night performance, appearing at the year’s Hijinx Unity Festival at the Wales Millennium Centre.

“Follow us into a world of beauty, truth and death. Have a drink, take a seat...but hang on - all is not well. The knife thrower has the shakes, the twins are arguing again and the stage manager is plotting revenge. There will be noise, poetry and mischief and one thing is for certain...there will be blood!”

Cabaret of Blood

Join us for an unmissable opportunity to learn about Told by an Idiot’s devising process by creating this brand-new production under the tutelage of Associate Idiots Steve Harper (RSC, Almeida, NT) and Michael Vale (RSC, NT, ENO).

This opportunity is suitable for performers, practitioners, students and anyone with an interest in performance and the working methods of Told by an Idiot and Hijinx Theatre.
