Clare has enjoyed 30 very happy years working in the performing arts - as designer, director, venue manager, programmer and adminstrator. She has produced theatrical events in castles, palaces, cathedrals, on mountains and beaches (and once on a train!), as well as at the Royal Albert Hall and at theatres and arts centres across the UK.

Clare moved to Wales in 2001 and prior to life with Hijinx was director of the cultural Olympiad project Cauldrons and Furnaces, director of Theatr Harlech and director of field events for Llangollen International Eisteddfod.

She is very excited about working with the Hijinx team at such an exciting time in their development and is determined to capitalise on the ambitions of inclusive theatre post Paralympic Games.
