Frequently Asked Questions
What?
- The sessions could be related to a theme, topic or skill.
- They could be one - off sessions, a full day or a series of workshops.
A taster session would need to be undertaken prior to a series of workshops.
Workshops can be gauged for a number of specific community groups including:
- Adults with learning disabilities. 10-12 participants is an ideal group size with support from at least 3 support workers.
- Carers. 16 participants is the ideal group size.
- Other community groups. Under negotiation with the Outreach Officer.
Where?
- The workshop would need to take place in a large room, ideally a hall free from any obstruction.
- The host organisation booking the workshop would need to find suitable space.
